Alixo roof passages are suitable for all flat roof types. They are the ideal link for the passage of pipes to units on flat roofs. Every roof passage has a base with rounded corners. The wide base allows a perfect connection to the roof membrane. Every roof gland has a large cover that protects against rain.
Aluminium roof inlets
These types of aluminium roof glands are extremely durable. All pipes, cables and insulating sheaths are protected against rain penetration. The wide base surface guarantees an easy connection to the roof membrane and provides secure protection against water infiltration.
Aluminium roof glands can be installed on all types of roofs. They are the best choice for a roof with roofing.

Aluminium roof inlets with telescopic base
Inlets with a telescopic base are a combination of standard roof glands and an adjustable base. This makes it possible to adjust the height perfectly according to the insulation thickness. This type is ideal for new construction or insulation projects.
Stainless steel roof inlets
Stainless steel roof glands are suitable for installation in highly saline and chemical environments. They are available in various diameters.
Aluminium roof glands can be installed on all types of roofs. They are a good choice when roofing is used.
Plastic roof inlets
Plastic roof glands are made of ASA, UV-resistant plastic. Plastic glands have the same function as aluminium glands. This type of roof gland is easier to install on a roof with EPDM or on plastic roofs.
Wall ducts have the same function as roof glands - protecting all cables and pipes from rain - but here, the product should be installed against the wall. Wall ducts are already pre-drilled. This makes them quick and easy to install. Wall ducts are made of aluminium.
Wall mounts are ideal for mounting an installation on the wall. The range of wall mounts exists in various dimensions and with different bearing capacities. Various finishes are available.
Galvanized wall mounts
Galvanized wall mounts have a zinc layer that offers greater resistance to wear. This galvanized layer provides protection against corrosion, mechanical damage and rust. Hot-galvanized wall mounts have an alloy resulting from the process being carried out at high temperatures. The zinc layer is very hard and wear-resistant. Even if scratches occur, the zinc layer continues to provide protection. They are suitable for outdoor use.
Galvanized wall mounts are available in various dimensions. Within this range, there is a specific mount that is suitable for large units. Depending on the type of unit to be placed, various load capacities are available, up to 250 kg per arm.
Stainless steel wall mounts
Stainless steel wall mounts come standard with as assembly kit and vibrating rubbers. They already have a pre-assembled arm. The stainless-steel version exists in two different dimensions including one that is ideal for wide units and heat pumps. Mounts are available with a load capacity of up to 100 kg per support arm.
Painted wall mounts
This type of bracket consists of galvanized steel finished with a white coating. Vibrating rubbers are included as standard. All wall brackets are equipped with a crossbar. Certain wall mounts within this range have a water level. Within this range, there is also a type that is suitable for wide units. Mounts are available with a load capacity of up to 100 kg per support arm.
Rubber, conical vibration dampers that reduce vibrations. There are 4 vibration dampers per kit, together have a load capacity of 150 kg.
Heating cables and condensate trays
Heating cables and condensate trays are under this heading.
Heating cables serve as a heating element to keep condensate trays and drains ice-free. They are made of flexible, high quality material that allows curves up to 180° and have a double silicone sheath. Every heating cable has a CE certificate and is IP66-certified.
There are also versions with a built-in thermostat.
WHEN CONNECTING HEATING CABLES:
Provide a separate automatic Type C, adapted to the nominal capacity of the edge heating (considering the total length of the edge heating), linked to a differential switch (30-300 mA) and placed in an explosion-proof environment!
The condensate collection tray is a sturdy plastic plate that is easy to attach to any type of wall can easily be attached to any type of wall mount. Condensate is collected on the tray and discharged via a cast drain. The mounting arms are glass-fibre reinforced.
Alixo mounting blocks
For installation of outdoor units on flat surfaces. Mounting bars ensure a sturdy, wind-proof set-up. By installing the air conditioning unit or ventilation system on mounting bars, a good distribution of weight is achieved. Alixo mounting bars are robust, durable beams.
Rubber mounting blocks
Recycled rubber socles with an integrated aluminium profile. Adapted to install any type of outdoor unit. Easy mounting with the attached fittings.
The socles are made of recycled rubber and are available in various lengths.
Plastic mounting blocks
Full plastic bars suitable for placing any type of outdoor unit. The method of connection is entirely up to you.
The mounting bar with crossbar is an ecology-friendly solution. It has the same properties as the flat mounting bar but is manufactured with a reduced amount of material.
The bars are made of recycled plastic and are available in various lengths.
Condensate drain pipes
Condensate drain pipes include all materials (pipes and accessories) needed for the drainage of condensed water. The range is divided into two series: rigid condensate drain pipes and flexible condensate drain pipes, both with the accessories needed to complete the installation.
Hard condensate discharge pipes (rigid drainpipes)
Hard drainpipes are suitable for the discharge of condensed water. The pipes may not be used for water under pressure. They are made of self-extinguishing, UV-resistant white PVC. The coupling pieces are made of ASA and are also UV-resistant. The pipes are easy to assemble without the use of adhesives. With the extension pieces, connections, T-pieces and adapters, an O-ring is always provided as standard for a watertight seal.
RDP connection piece can be connected directly to rigid drainpipes. These have a flat rubber ring to ensure a perfect seal.
Installation connections are the perfect accessory to make a connection between hard and flexible drainpipes. With these connections, it is also possible to make a connection between an air conditioning system and a flexible drainpipe.
A siphon connected to the condensate drainpipe prevents bad odours. This is made of High Impact Polystyrene with a transparent PE screw for inspection and cleaning of the siphon.
Flexible condensate drainpipes
Flexible drainpipes have the same function as hard drainpipes but are flexible. The Alixo range contains 3 types of drainpipes: standard, with smooth inner wall or transparent. In addition, there are also Y drain connections to connect multisplits to a flexible drainpipe.
